- L2e Solutions is a full-service architectural/engineering team. Our combined staff of professional architects and engineers has more than 20 years of experience in providing a broad range of architectural and engineering support to both public and private sector clients. In addition to our in-house staff, we utilize several partners to complete multi-disciplined architectural, engineering and project management services.
- L2e has designed a substantial number of renovations, alterations, and retrofits for schools and vocational/rehab training centers. These projects range from free-standing buildings to attached complexes as part of an overall master plan. Our project team has extensive knowledge of alteration projects involving interior areas, HVAC, electrical modifications, and utilities relocation.
- Our team has been responsible for the completion of numerous projects involving HVAC/mechanical upgrades and associated renovation work. Architectural and engineering services on these projects have included initial investigation of existing facilities, study of alternatives, reports and subsequent design development, construction documents, cost estimates, and construction period services.
- Over the last several years, our market has been one of primarily remodel/retrofit and health care driven types of projects. As a result, our team has acquired considerable experience in electrical system studies, lighting (including security lighting), power distribution, reports and replacements and the planning of construction sequencing and phasing that often accompanies such projects.
- We are very experienced in performing planning and programming services, including investigations, feasibility studies, comparison of alternatives, final designs, and preparation of reports, exhibits, and computer-aided cost estimating.
