New Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Addition, Eglin Air Force Base

This 8.2M CBOC addition project will provide a 17,772 sf addition with interior renovations to the existing building to house new service areas for the CBOC clinic on Eglin Air Force Base, Okaloosa County, Florida. The site is on the Eglin Air Force Base property and includes utilities, parking areas, sidewalks, roads, service entrances and landscaping. The new CBOC addition houses exam rooms, minor procedure rooms, mental health rooms, administrative spaces, offices, waiting areas and other associated spaces. 
 

In addition to adding onto the existing CBOC, the project entails reconfiguring the existing facility in order to meet the VA’s new three PACT model for CBOC. This will be the first project in VISN 16 to meet the new Patient Aligned Care Team approach for a VA-owned CBOC.
